Materials for Drawing & Painting Course
The art materials list for this course is a bit lengthy, so you will want to plan ahead and order your materials now. Also, there is a small stock of art supplies available in the Online Learning Computer Lab. Please use these only if you are unable to purchase your own materials and please leave them in good condition for the classes to come. If you use any of the online learning materials up, please notify me so that I can plan for next semester and purchase more.
This course will require the use of a variety of art materials to complete the assignments. Many of the course objectives are directly related to a specific medium.
Important Notes:
Please order or obtain the following materials by the end of the first week of the course. Please note that these materials do not have to be new. You may have many of them already in your home which could save money and time.
You may use any source of your choice to purchase these materials. For unique items that may need an explanation or clarity, a link has been added from a specific store. This does not mean, however, that you must purchase from this store.
No student will be denied participation in this course based on ability to purchase supplies. Please email your instructor if you have questions about this issue or any of the materials listed below with in the first two weeks of the semester so that we may devise a plan.
